Elderflower syrup made from elders growing on the rim of Imagna Valley woods. Refreshing and thirst-quenching drink to be enjoyed during hot summer days, our elderflower syrup is a perfect gift idea._x000D_n_x000D_n Production process: our elderflower syrup is obtained from the collection of freshly opened flowers, which are then left to macerate for 24 hours in water with lemons and a pinch of sugar, keeping everything mixed. It is during this step that elderflowers release their well-known emollient and diuretic properties. After 24 hours, the mixture is taken to a press where the liquid part is separated from solid residues. After the sugar and the other ingredients are added, the syrup is left to pasteurize and finally bottled._x000D_n
